This policy describes how we (referred in this policy as ‘Tasmanic’ or ‘we’, us’ and ‘our’) collect, use, process and share information that Tasmanic collects about you when you use the website 'CamToPlan 3D Viewer', hereinafter referred as the "Website" or the "Service"
This policy only applies to the website 'CamToPlan 3D Viewer' and NOT to our other products, services or businesses.

1- Age requirements

THIS SERVICE IS NOT MEANT FOR PEOPLE UNDER 16. We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16 and we do not target this Service to children under 16. If we receive a valid notice through dpo@tasmanic.com that a minor under age of 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take measures to delete it as soon as possible.

2- About the scans

The scans that you can find on this website were uploaded by users of our iOS or Android apps, who were given a random dedicated URL each time, one for each scan. Those URL are complicated enough to prevent anyone from stumbling upon them by mistake, but they are not private. Anyone with the link can open the scan.

3- Why Do we Collect data ?

Like most of the other app publishers, Tasmanic Editions needs to perform some R&D, analysis and marketing tasks. We explain here the reasons why we and our partners may collect data:
